<p>Michaelis-Menten plot (A) and Lineweaver-Burk plot (B) of <b>10</b> inhibiting DiFMUP dephosphorylation by PRL-1, PRL-3 and PP1. Both plots show typical noncompetitive behavior for all phosphatases. Phosphatase activity in the absence of compound <b>10</b> was set as 100%.
