<p>Immunohistochemistry for Nur77 was performed on colon sections from a healthy and affected part of the colon from patients (A) with either Crohn’s disease (CD) or ulcerative colitis (UC) and colon sections from WT mice (B) before and after DSS- or TNBS-induced colitis. Arrows indicate examples of cells with nuclei positive for Nur77 protein in epithelial cells (black) and inflammatory cells (red).
