<p>Cy3 labelled SA43, SA44 and random aptamer (100 nM) were incubated separately on live U87MG, 1321N1, SVGp12, T24 and MCF-7 cells at 37°C (5% CO<sub>2</sub>) for 90 minutes. Untreated cells were incubated with complete growth medium alone.
