Previously, we constructed, expressed, and purified 46 charge-reversal mutants of yeast cytochrome <i>c</i> peroxidase (CcP) and determined their electronic absorption spectra, their reaction with H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub>, and their steady-state catalytic properties [Pearl, N.
