RT-qPCR validation of the RNA-Seq expression patterns of 21 contigs. The expression values were computed for the resistant (R, black bars) or the sensitive pool (S, white bars) for each experimental modality. Normalised expression values were measured by RT-qPCR and averaged for the F2 three plants in each pool (A) or were computed as RPKM values from RNA-Seq data (B).
