HCV RNA-transfected Huh7.5 were grown to achieve stable replication and then cultured with different doses of recombinant IFN-I over 3 days. HCV replication was monitored by measurement of luciferase activity. (B) RBV effect on HCV replication in the H77S.3 Infection System.
