<p>Evaluations were performed on the ground using high quality evaluation devices at pre and post flight, and inflight evaluations were also performed using simple evaluation devices within 7 days pre and post training period. Hybrid training system training took place toward the end of the flight, starting at less than R-7weeks. HHD: hand held dynamometer, MT: measuring tape, MRI: magnetic resonance imaging, DXA: dual energy X-ray absorptiometry.</p
