<p>Quantitative reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and western blotting were performed to measure GATA-2 expression in six hematopoietic cell lines. (A) Quantitative RT-PCR for <i>GATA-2</i> mRNA (mean ± standard error [SE], n = 3). GAPDH mRNA was used as a control. The <i>GATA-2</i> mRNA expression level in YN-1 cells was set to 1. (B) Anti-GATA-2 western blotting analysis of whole-cell extracts from six cell lines. Alpha-tubulin was used as a loading control. The asterisk demotes cross-reactive band. (C) Quantitative RT-PCR for <i>GATA-2</i> 1S or 1G mRNA (mean ± SE, n = 3). <i>GAPDH</i> mRNA was used as a control. The <i>GATA-2</i><i>1S</i> and <i>1G</i> mRNA expression levels in YN-1 cells were set to 1.</p
