Mice treated with either vehicle or 10mg/kg Ibrutinib were injected with 40 x 10^6 CD25 depleted CFSE labeled whole splenocytes. Flow cytometry readings from recipients were taken 4 days post-transplant. Using the percentage of CFSE diluted or CFSE low, the amount of proliferated cells can be determined.
