<p>The mRNA expression of the oxLDL receptors LOX-1, SRA-1, SRB-1 and CD36 in murine primary BMDM following LCN2 (0.5 μg/mL) stimulation was determined by real time PCR at the indicated time points. HPRT was used as housekeeping gene and the relative mRNA expression was calculated using the 2<sup>-ΔΔCT</sup> method. *P<0.05, **P<0.01 vs. control, n = 6–10 replicated experiments.</p
