Vpu and Nef Lead to Diminished IPS-1 Expression.

<p>(A) CEM T cells were infected with HIV and after 24 hours cell lysates were prepared and blotted for levels of endogenous IPS-1 and tubulin. In A and B HRP catalysed light release was digitally recorded and displayed as a picture as well as quantified as a measure of the target band intensity divided by the intensity of the tubulin cell loading control. (B) HEK 293T cells were transfected with IPS-1 expression plasmid with a FLAG tag and the indicated plasmids. Whole cell lysates were analysed by Western blot for the expression of FLAG and tubulin. (C) HEK 293T cells were transfected with TRAF3 expression plasmid with a HA tag and the indicated plasmids. Whole cell lysates were Western blotted for the expression of HA and tubulin. (D) HEK 293T cells were transfected with RIG-I expression plasmid with a FLAG tag and the indicated plasmids. Whole cell lysates were Western blotted for the expression of FLAG and actin.
