Die stromlose und elektrolytische Kupferabscheidung sind essentielle Prozessschritte bei der Herstellung von Leiterplatten. Diverse Studien haben schon gezeigt, dass Ultraschall einen unterstützenden Effekt auf diese Prozesse haben kann. Jedoch findet Ultraschall in der Galvanikindustrie kaum Verwendung. Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es, eine homogene Kavitationsaktivität an der Substratoberfläche zu erreichen, einen umfassenden Überblick des Ultraschalleinflusses auf die beiden Kupferabscheidungsprozesse zu erlangen und die Dynamik der Kavitationsblasen an der Substratoberfläche und in Mikrolöchern zu untersuchen.
