<p>(A) Scatter plot of fold changes for 18 genes in the ‘Susceptible’ (SUS) relative to ‘Resilient’ (RES) group of pigs measured by two different methods: microarray hybridization (X-axis) and RT-qPCR (Y-axis). The Pearson Correlation coefficient of the two variables is shown. The 18 genes were identified as DEGs by microarray and the expression pattern was confirmed for 15/18 genes (<i>P</i><0.05).
