Cx3cr1^-/- enhances insulin signaling genes phosphorylated-AKT and phosphorylated-Glycogen synthase kinase 3 beta (GSK3β) in liver with high-fat feeding.

<p>After acute insulin stimulation, Cx3cr1^-/- mice had higher liver protein levels than WT mice by immunoblot of the insulin signaling genes (a-b) phosphorylated AKT (n = 3/group) and (c-d) serine 21-phosphorylated GSK3β (n = 3/group) after a 20-week high fat diet. Whole cell AKT and GSK3β were no different by group. WT saline-injected mice (n = 2) are presented as a negative control.
