Functional Results by surface replacement of the humeral head by Durom cup prosthesis with an omarthrosis

Summary In 29 patients (16 women, 13 men) aged 70.2 ± 7.1 years was (55 to 83 years) to a total of 32 shoulder joints a humeral resurfacing by means made Durom Cup prosthesis. With 93.8% of the shoulder joints was present primary osteoarthritis and 3.1% respectively at a post-traumatic osteoarthritis or humeral head.
