Effects of diet on glucose and insulin responses after an oral glucose tolerance test in female <i>Trpm5</i>^<i>-/-</i> and wild type mice.

<p>At different time points (weeks) after start on respective diet an oral glucose tolerance test was performed after a 4h fasting and (A) insulin and (B) glucose levels were recorded. (C) The area under the curve (AUC) was calculated for the first 60 min of the glucose and insulin response curves.
