Ziel: Vergleich zweier verschiedener Techniken hinsichtlich ihrer Effektivität im Rahmen einer endodontischen Revision an gekrümmten Wurzelkanälen. Es wurde ein maschinelles Nickel-Titan-System und eine manuelle Revisionstechnik an extrahierten Unterkiefermolaren mit unbekannten Präparationsparametern untersucht. Material und Methode: Es wurden 90 extrahierte, bereits wurzelkanalgefüllte Unterkiefermolaren verwendet. Anhand digitaler Röntgenbilder wurden der Wurzelkanalkrümmmungswinkel und –radius bestimmt.
