In der vorliegenden Arbeit wurde die Wirkung von rHuKGF (Palifermin) und von Tumoren produzierten KGF auf die proliferative Aktivität und Strahlensensibilität von epithelialen Tumoren und Keratinozyten in vitro untersucht. Es wurde die Wirkung auf vier epitheliale Tumorzelllinien von Kopf-Hals-Tumoren, primäre Keratinozyten und immortalisierte Keratinozyten analysiert.
