Die vorliegende Arbeit leistet einen Beitrag zur Aufklärung der molekularen Mechanismen, die zu einer Glucocorticoid (GC)-Resistenz bei kindlicher Akuter Lymphatischer Leukämie (ALL) führen. Mögliche Ursachen dafür könnten Störungen in der Expression und/oder Funktion des Glucocorticoidrezeptors (GR), eine verminderte intrazelluläre GC-Konzentration und/oder eine fehlende GC- und Zytostatika-induzierte Apoptose sein. Als Modellsystem dienten GC-resistente und sensible Zelllinien und Primärzellen von ALL-Patienten, mit denen Funktionsanalysen des GR mit biochemischen und molekulargenetischen Methoden duchgeführt wurden. ...
