<p>The effects of KLF2 over-expression on miR-155 expression in macrophages (mø) cultured alone or activated by ox-LDL were examined. Mø from WT C57BL/6 mice were infected with either empty virus (EV) (as a control) or virus containing Ad-KLF2 for 24–48 h and then stimulated with ox-LDL (50 μg/ml) for 24 h. Total RNA was extracted and subjected to RT-PCR analysis to determine miR-155 mRNA expression levels. Bar graphs indicate relative miR-155 mRNA levels normalized to U6 mRNA levels (A).
