Gamification as a teacher pedagogical practice in the teaching and learning on the theme of social inclusion

Acompanha: Gamificação como prática pedagógica docente no processo ensino e aprendizagem na temática da inclusão socialGiven the need for elementary school teachers in having a pedagogical tool that could assist your practice in the context of inclusive education, this study aims to verify the potential of gamification as an educational tool and demonstrate the possibility of inclusion and socialization of the person with disabilities. To do this, it developed and implemented an educational product to students on the theme of social inclusion: the Incluplay game in order to help teachers convey to students the regular public school system the situations experienced and faced by persons with disabilities, and employed as a facilitator in the teaching and learning of the subject social inclusion. The work includes literature for the production of theoretical, field research and quantitative analysis of the results. It was carried out in two stages fieldwork in Maringá / PR, first with students from 6th and 7th grade of elementary school and then with teachers, both regular public and quantitative analysis in the form of application of the product educational students and electronic questionnaire to teachers. Finally, we conclude that the use of gamification as a teaching resource is a valuable tool for teachers in the educational process and, in the case of Incluplay game, helps promote socialization and contribute to social inclusion in the school context.Tendo em vista a necessidade dos professores de contar com uma ferramenta pedagógica que pudesse auxiliar sua prática no contexto da Educação Inclusiva, o presente trabalho pretende verificar o potencial da gamificação como instrumento pedagógico e demonstrar a possibilidade de inclusão e de socialização da pessoa com deficiência. Para tal, foi desenvolvido um produto educacional, aplicado a alunos e professores, sobre o tema da inclusão social: o jogo Incluplay. O jogo tem a finalidade de auxiliar os professores a transmitir aos estudantes da rede de ensino pública regular as situações vivenciadas/enfrentadas pelas pessoas com deficiência, sendo empregado como facilitador no processo de ensino e aprendizagem da temática inclusão social. O trabalho conta com pesquisa bibliográfica para a produção do referencial teórico, pesquisa de campo e análise quantitativa dos resultados. Foram realizadas duas etapas de pesquisa de campo, no município de Maringá/PR: primeiramente, a aplicação do jogo para os alunos de 6º e de 7º ano do ensino fundamental e, em seguida, foi aplicado um questionário eletrônico aos professores. Foi então feita uma análise quantitativa dos resultados. Ao final, é possível concluir que o uso da gamificação como recurso didático é uma ferramenta valiosa para os professores no processo pedagógico e que, no caso do jogo Incluplay, ajuda a promover a sociabilização e contribuir para com a inclusão social no contexto escolar
