The wireless channel can influence the design of industrial applications. Some of the existing scheduling models disagree with the characteristic of wireless technology. They face serious degradations in wireless industriial applications. Owing to the problem of wireless technique in industrial control system application, this paper uses a secondary architecture of dual-band and presents a scheduling mechanism based on communication task deadline for wireless industrial control system. Thus the adverse effect on real-time and reliability, caused by transmission errors and other problems of the wireless channel, can be (partially) compensated. Finally, an example of application shows the process of scheduling remote periodic messages and fun...
