3-D image reconstruction algorithm for Electrical Resistance Tomography (ERT) has been researched A 3-D image reconstruction algorithim based on equal-longitude position adjusted and profile weighted method to generate matching outline is proposed, this algorithm avoids great deal of calculation, so it is very suitable for industrial Process Tomography (PT). Two typical 3-D models are reconstructed based on simulation data gotten from ERT simulation software that was set up by authors, good reconstructed images are obtained in the condition of none-post image processing
