<p>(A) MRL<sup>lpr</sup>, MRL<sup>lpr</sup>Il18<sup>+/tm</sup>, and MRL<sup>lpr</sup>Il18<sup>tm/tm</sup> mice were bled and frequencies of blood cells were analysed using antibodies recognizing CD3 and B220. Presented are individual data from 3–23 evaluations and the respective means +/- SD. The three data sets were analysed by ANOVA with Bonferroni’s post test and revealed no statistically significant differences.
