<p>The signaling propagation starting from drug targets (Drug<sub>A</sub>: Protein 2 and Drug<sub>B</sub>: Protein 4) through the PPI network is simulated by RWR algorithm. The <i>ProteinScore</i> is defined as the values of the protein profile of drug pairs after finishing the simulation of RWR algorithm. The <i>DDIScore</i> is calculated by the summation of the <i>ProteinScore</i> of all proteins. The <i>DDIScore</i> represents the interference of signaling propagation through PPI network between drugs.</p
