Effect of APCP on MB cell proliferation.

<p>At 60% confluence, the cells were treated with 5 μM APCP for 24 and 48 h, and cell counting was performed as described in the Materials and Methods. Controls were considered 100%. The data were analyzed by a Student t-test, and (*) p < 0.05 and (***) p < 0.001 indicate significant differences compared to the control of each respective cell line.
