<p>BALB/c mice were immunised three times intramuscularly either with a single protein or a combination of proteins with MF59. Two weeks after the final immunisation serum (A) and ocular lavage (B, C) were collected. Antigen-specific IgG in serum (A) and ocular antigen-specific IgG (B) and IgA (C) were assessed by ELISA.
