Effect of melamine exposure on the expression enzymes genes.

<p>(A) Transcripts encoding for GPX, SOD (lanes G, S respectively) were detected at the GV stage in mouse oocytes. Transcripts encoding for Cat (lane C) were not observed at the GV stage. (B) The expression levels of GPX, SOD in oocytes by Quantitative PCR analysis. In the low group, GPX expression levels were significantly enhanced compare to control group. (C) About SOD expression levels, in high-dose group were remarkably increase than that of control group and there was no significant difference between low-dose group and control group.
