Flow cytometry analysis showed that the percentage of apoptotic cells did not increased after treatment with trastuzumab alone (4.2 and 4.3 %, respectively), BEZ235 alone (3.0 and 3.2 %, respectively), compared to the control (4.0 and 5.2 %, respectively).
