<p>Gastric tissue expression of bone morphogenic protein 4 (<i>Bmp4)</i> and hepcidin antimicrobial peptide (<i>Hamp)</i> mRNA was significantly downregulated, while Lipocalin 2 (<i>Lcn2)</i> expression was upregulated, in mice infected with <i>H</i>. <i>pylori</i> SS1.
