<p>Ovariole <b>(A)</b> and 10 h embryos <b>(B-F)</b> hybridised with riboprobes staining <i>hb</i>. Panels <b>E</b>, and <b>F</b> show Sytox green stain for embryos shown in <b>D</b> and <b>C</b> respectively. In <b>D</b> red and green arrows mark the anterior and posterior edges of the germ band respectively. All embryos are oriented with the anterior to the top.
