<p>MKN45/Lin28,MKN45/Vector,MKN45/parental cells were inoculated subcutaneously into the axilla of male BALB/c-nu/nu mice. Tumor volume was measured and growth curve was constructed after injection of ADM and OXA <i>via</i> tail vein. Each data point represents the mean±SD of three independent experiments. (**p < 0.01).
