Fluorescence staining against CD31 and vWF for dynamically and statically cultured endothelial cells incubated with either cell culture medium or blood.

<p>Static incubation incubation with blood was done for 90 minutes whereas blood was perfused for 180 minutes. All samples stain positive for CD31 and vWF, proving endothelial lineage. Blood incubation does not alter marker expression. Scale bar = 100 μm.
