<p>The experimental interface residues are colored according to T<sub><i>JET</i></sub> computed by iJET<sup>2</sup>. iJET<sup>2</sup> predictions were obtained from a consensus of 2 runs out of 10. They are colored according to the scoring scheme used: <b>SC1</b> in orange, <b>SC2</b> in purple and <b>SC3</b> in cyan. They were automatically chosen by iJET<sup>2</sup> clustering algorithm (full procedure). The residues detected by both scoring schemes are colored in cyan (<b>SC3</b>).
