<p>All rBMSC aggregate groups had statistically significant increase in GAG/DNA over week 0, and select aggregates groups had significantly higher values compared to the control groups at week 3. GAG content for all the hWJC groups at week expressed as GAG/ DNA (C&D) at week 0, 2, and 3. 10 M HA at week 2 exhibited the highest GAG/DNA value and decreased at week 3.
