DEC2 potentiates the effect of TNFα.

<p>HEK293 cells were transfected with empty vector (pcDNA) or DEC2 containing vector and stimulated with TNFα (10ng/ml) for 24h (A) or 8h (B). <b>A</b>, IL-1β mRNA levels analyzed using RT-PCR. <b>B</b>, IL-1β promotor activity was analyzed using luciferase assay.
