Immunological characteristics of intestinal CD5⁺ B cells differ from those of peritoneal CD5⁺ B cells.

<p>The expression levels of anti-CD11b, IgM, and TLR4/MD2 on CD5⁺ and CD5^- B cells obtained from the colonic LP or peritoneal cavity (PerC) of normal mice were evaluated by flow cytometry. In parallel, B cells were intracellularly stained with the anti-TLR9 antibody after the cell surface staining with anti-B220 and CD5 antibodies, and examined using flow cytometry.
