Effects of the sGC-cGMP pathway on cell differentiation of murine and human BM progenitors.

<p><b>(A)</b> Effects of 8-bromo-cGMP and ODQ on the differentiation of murine BM progenitors prepared from sGC transgenic mice and Tg(-) littermates. BMMNC (4 × 10⁴ cells) were analyzed by semi-solid colony assays as described in <a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0144561#pone.0144561.s004" target="_blank">S1 Text</a>. Results are shown as total numbers of erythroid colonies (red column) and myeloid colonies (blue column).
