<p>Larvae were provided with TetraMin <i>ad libitum</i> after (A) 15 and (B) 25 days of food deprivation. Light grey bars denote the proportion of surviving larvae that reached adulthood, while black and red bars correspond to the proportion of larval and pupal mortality respectively. Error bars are standard errors for the proportion of larvae that survived to adulthood. Within treatments, no proportions differed significantly from each other (<i>P</i> > 0.05, by Tukey’s honest significant difference test).
