IL-6/STAT3 signaling interfered with IL-12 synthesis via the blocking of C-Rel phosphorylation in irradiated BMDCs.

<p>BMDCs were stimulated with LPS for maturation and cultured with anti-IL-6 antibody (500 ng/mL) or STAT3 inhibitor (50 μM) for 16 h after irradiation. The IL-12 mRNA level was evaluated using quantitative real-time PCR.
