<p>(<b>a</b>) Root elongation of Col-0 and <i>asa1</i> without and with ACC treatment. <i>CS16398</i> (<i>asa1-1</i>) and <i>CS16397</i> (<i>asa1-2</i>) are two different loss-of-<i>ASA1</i> mutants.
