<p>Hierarchical clustering is a simple and commonly used clustering technique to analyze gene expression data. Cluster analysis arranges samples into groups on the basis of their expression levels, allowing us to hypothesize the relationships among samples. The dendrogram shows the relationships among the expression levels of samples. “Red” indicates high relative expression, whereas “Green” indicates low relative expression. Ctrl: untreated control group. L: low Mn-exposed group. M: intermediate Mn-exposed group. H: high-Mn-exposed group.</p
