<p>The whole-cell patch-clamp experiments were performed on hMSCs, HD-MSCs and IPCs to determine the amount and functional change of L-type Ca<sup>2+</sup> channel during the differentiation process. Nifedipine at 10 μM suppressed the inward currents.
