Accumulation of the Ole18-CecA fusion protein in rice seeds.

<p>(A) <i>In situ</i> immunolocalization of CecA in <i>pOle18</i>:<i>Ole18-CecA</i> transgenic seeds. Immunoreaction was detected using a fluorescent-labeled secondary antibody.
