NaHS decreased TGF-β1-stimulated overexpression of phosphorylated ERK1/2.

<p>(A) HK-2 cells were incubated with TGF-β1 for several specific time periods, and the phosphorylated ERK1/2 was detected by western blot assay. (B) Western blot assay for phospho-ERK1/2 expression in HK-2 cells.
