MPT0B169 alters the cell cycle distribution and protein levels of G2/M regulators in K562 and IMR cells.

<p>Cells were treated with or without 2.5 μM MPT0B169 for 24 and 48 h, and the following experiments were then conducted. (A) Cell cycle distribution (G1, S, and G2/M) was analyzed by PI staining and flow cytometry. The blue peak indicates sub-G1 cells.
