Effect of T3-treatment on heart mass of WT and α_2C-AR^-/- mice.

<p>30d and 90d, refer, respectively, to 30 and 90 days of treatment with saline or a supraphysiological dose of T3 (7 μg·100 g body wt^-1·day^-1). The dependent values were calculated dividing heart mass per body mass [(g of heart mass/g of body mass) x 100]. Significance between groups was determined by two-way ANOVA followed by Tukey’s test.
