<p><i>Prdm1</i><sup>fl/fl</sup> and <i>Prdm1</i><sup>ΔTreg</sup> C57BL/6 mice were infected with <i>L</i>.<i>donovani</i>. Spleen and liver weights (<b>A</b>), parasite burdens (<b>B</b>), frequency of Th1 (<b>C</b>) and Tr1 (<b>D</b>) cells, as well as serum TNF and IFNγ levels (<b>E</b>) were measured at day 28 p.i..
