CTB-Ins-GAD and CTB-GAD-Ins induce a greater increase in CD4⁺CD25⁺Foxp3⁺ T cells.

<p>(A and B) Lymphocyte (1×10⁶) isolated from CTB-GAD-, CTB-Ins-GAD-, CTB-GAD-Ins-, or WT-fed NOD mice at 10 weeks of age were treated with the mouse regulatory T cell staining kit. These treated lymphocyte were examined using a FACScan flow cytometer to determine CD4⁺CD25⁺Foxp3⁺Treg cell proportions. The gate was set based on CD3⁺CD4⁺.
