Resveratrol increases cell viability in TNF-α-treated HUVECs.

<p>Cell viability was assessed via the CCK-8 method. HUVECs were exposed to different concentrations of resveratrol (0, 5, 10, and 20 μM) before treatment with TNF-α (10 μg/L). Data are expressed as the mean ± SEM from six independent experiments, each carried out in triplicate. *<i>p</i> < 0.05 vs. control; #<i>p</i> < 0.05 vs. TNF-α alone.
